The road to Yogasana Premier League (YPL) Season 2026 officially begins with the audition rounds on 22nd and 23rd August 2026 at SMS Indoor Stadium, Jaipur.

A total of 150 to 200 players will be shortlisted from these auditions for the upcoming season.

After auditions, selected players will enter the YPL Player Auction in September 2026, where team owners will bid to form their squads.

• Each team: 10 to 15 players
• Mandatory: At least 1 player from each age category
• Total 5 core players (one per category) must be included
• Remaining players can be selected from any category
• Gender flexibility: players can be male or female

November 2026: The YPL Season Begins

• Perform 2 asanas of their choice from the YPL syllabus
• Hold each asana for 3 minutes
